After I wrote my coffee post, a friend of my husband gave him this Spark drink to try. My husband came home and told me about how awesome it was. He liked it so much that he had signed up to be a distributor. He wanted me to try it and join in his distributor shenanigans. *eye rolls*
He knows I only drink coffee and water and NOTHING else. Couldn’t believe that he would even ask. I didn’t want to get an IC flare up. I told him I would think about it.
The next day I tried a Spark in place of my normal coffee…
Hey, this stuff ain’t bad! More energy with out jitters! I was still feeling it by noon which is usually when I have my second cup. Overall, it was a great boost of energy. I organized our medicine cabinet. Trust me, that’s a big accomplishment for me.
Just one thing. I miss my coffee. I asked my husband, jokingly, if he had a coffee flavored Spark.
He gave me this.
So now I’m a distributor with my husband. LOL! I told him I wasn’t going to sell anything unless I tried it first with a fibro and IC perspective. So I’m going to be my own little guinea pig, because I love what products they offer and the values of the company. IC NOTES: I drank the Green Apple Spark, very watered down, and had a full glass of water after. I had some discomfort with urination right after, similar to eating an orange or ANYTHING from TGI Fridays. I was fine for the rest of the day. There are many other flavors that I am going to try eventually. Remember that every IC patient has different triggers.
